A public health problem¹ that nobody’s talking about…

We’ve all had those days when there’s too much to do and too little time. Sleep is often the first to go when schedules get a little too hectic. But skipping those ZZZ’s causes a whole lot more trouble than it’s worth.

Based on research from the CDC², 1 in 3 adults in the United States are not getting enough sleep. Sleep deprivation has both long- and short-term health implications that affect everyone. Because sleep is such an important part of our health, we decided to take on the task of helping people become healthier by sleeping more. To accomplish this, we built an iOS app that is engineered to help users combat these issues.

For details on our project and findings, feel free to view the in-depth presentation below:

If you would like to try out the Sleeperly app, an iOS device is required.

The app can by downloaded through TestFlight with this link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Gx4x6ooV

(Keep in mind this is a beta app and is set to expire on June 28th 2021)

To track your sleep through Sleeperly, you can use an Apple Watch, or just your phone. If you are using your phone for tracking, see how to track your sleep through Bedtime.
